2. Subscribers means a person who has enrolled himself/herself with universal Health Care .

3. Universal Health care Digital Photo ID card(hereafter referred to as “Photo ID Card”)means, the subscriber will be identified by the Medical Partner on the basis of the Photo ID card issued to them which shall bear the logo of universal . It may also bear the name/logo of the employer or corporate, whenever applicable, alongside Universal Health care logo. The Photo ID card shall have photograph of the subscriber. Flashing of this Photo ID card or the physical Photo ID card at the point of service or billing, entitles the subscriber to discount on the total medical bill.
